In Short, NO. Some companies still do not allow you to distribute their older titles. One reason the Codemasters gave is that if they released a game into the public domain (say a dizzy game) then it would be possible for other games companies to use that name. What they want to do is keep the name under copyright so that if they want to re-release the game they can do so without the problem of any other companies "nicking it".

How do I take a screenshot in CCS64?

Well, there are a couple of ways of doing it. The first is to press ALT + F1 to save a 16 colour screenshot. If you want to take a screenshot in 256 colours then press ALT + F2. The other way is to press Print Screen on your keyboard and then paste it into a paint program.
